Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively promoting Biznet’s product portfolio, including broadband, IPTV, and digital solutions.
- Identify and develop partnerships with property owners, RT/RW community leaders, and local businesses to boost home‑pass penetration.
- Plan and execute on‑ground branding activities such as banner installations, T‑banners, spanduk placements, and free hotspot setups to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct territory‑wide marketing campaigns, leveraging both traditional and digital channels to attract new subscribers.
- Coordinate with external event organizers and community groups to host promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor and maintain low termination rates by providing excellent post‑sale support and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Prepare regular performance reports, forecast sales pipelines, and provide feedback to senior management for strategic planning.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory, ensuring coverage of all target neighborhoods while adhering to safety and company policies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or related industries (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Proficiency in digital branding and marketing strategies, including social media and local advertising.
- Analytical mindset for sales performance tracking and market analysis.
- Willingness to work mobile, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday through Saturday, 08:30‑17:30.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Makassar area (Parang Tambung, Bulurokeng, Gowa Bontoramba).
