We are seeking a dedicated Professional Childcare Provider to join our family‑oriented team and deliver high‑quality daily care for young children. Responsibilities

- Monitor children’s wellbeing throughout the day, addressing any health or safety concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with fellow staff members to design themed weeks, special projects, and seasonal celebrations that stimulate creativity.
- Support children in developing basic English vocabulary through songs, storytelling, and interactive games.
- Document attendance, activities, and any behavioral observations using the provided digital tracking system.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay current with best practices in early childhood care.
- Provide gentle guidance and positive reinforcement to encourage independence, sharing, and respectful behavior.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Passion for working with children and a genuine love for early childhood development.
